Pain Point:
Lengthy process for customer to integrate their product with callstats.io as it required engineering resources , which impacted the volume of qualified leads and adoption rate of callstats.io. We needed to reduce the time to value for customers.
Solution:
We built a brand new demo of our product that has data from real conferences so customers can easily try out callstats.io and perform a test conference in real-time without integrating with their SDK.
I was responsible for product marketing which include:
-Planning and develop the launch strategy of the demo
-Working with product to create the gifs and screenshots of the demo
-Writing the blog post and publishing the it on social media and via email marketing

Small improvements to your user experience can go a long way towards increasing qualified leads, removing friction and reducing time to value.
