Led the GTM launch of ADA's WhatsApp Business Platform solution reporting and in collaboration with Head of Business Messaging, collaborating with the regional marketing team to build a demand generation engine through email, content and paid marketing and industry events. Enabled the sales team with targeted campaigns, messaging, and lead-generation initiatives that contributed to acquiring Cycle & Carriage Malaysia as a client. The resulting implementation leveraged customer data platform (CDP) capabilities and WhatsApp engagement to achieve a 223% increase in sales conversion.

Integrating ADA's WhatsApp Business Platform and Marketing Solutions for Better Business Outcomes in Malaysia

Led the strategy, design, and go-to-market launch of ADA's largest developer-focused Business Messaging Hackathon in partnership with Meta, aimed at accelerating WhatsApp Business Platform adoption and innovation across APAC.
Launched on 17 July 2023, the virtual hackathon brought together developers, startups, and technology teams from Malaysia, Singapore, and Indonesia to build innovative, scalable WhatsApp chatbot solutions for businesses. I was responsible for defining the challenge framework, developing problem statements, recruiting judges and partners, designing the participant journey, establishing operational systems, and guiding teams throughout the hackathon.
Results:
Over 400 team submissions across three markets.
Strengthened ADA's strategic partnership with Meta and increased awareness of Business Messaging solutions across the region.
Accelerated ecosystem engagement among developers, enterprises, and technology partners focused on conversational commerce and customer engagement innovation.
