During my time at ADA, I developed and led the go-to-market (GTM) strategy for ADA's WhatsApp chatbot solutions, built using ADA's Business Messaging Platform (leveraging the WhatsApp Business Platform). This was a new solution offering by Customer Engagement Solutions in APAC. We did this through a mix of events, SEO, demand generation campaigns on Meta (Instagram & Facebook), Google Ads, GDM , a hackathon and email marketing.
Reporting to the Head of Business Messaging, I gathered customer and market insights to inform the product roadmap and strategy for the product team and conducted sales enablement training sessions for our Global Connector Module.
Achievements:
-Led the launch of ADA’s WhatsApp Business Platform - WhatsApp Chatbots to transform CX in APAC, contributing to revenue growth in one year
-Secured media coverage in Yahoo Finance, The Fast Mode, Marketing Interactive and more
-Produced, planned and designed offline events in Indonesia & Malaysia - "Integrating ADA's WhatsApp Business Platform & Marketing Solutions for Better Business Outcomes" which influenced new revenue growth as it facilitated customer retention and renewals and accelerated up-sell and cross-sell opportunities
